This photograph demonstrates the formal element of movement my using a female dancer performing a sequence of movements where pictures have been taken at each stage. The many images of her arms included shows the different stages in her movement and also conveys this formal element.
This image shows movement by the association with the splashing water which is caused by
the movement by the swimmer. The recognition of the plashed water results in the
conclusion that movement is taking place.
These two images are created by alterations with the exposure levels in the camera.
Causing a blurred picture to be taking and allowing the image to look like it is moving instead
of a still image
