These images represent the topic Form very effectively as they make an object look 3D through the use of shadows. The majority of the images are just in black and white as it is much easier to show shadows and therefore demonstrate form. Lighting is key in showing form as the positioning and strength of the light will influence the shadows and highlighted areas made.

In this photograph, the different tones on the body shows the form and structure of the body as lighter tones show highlight areas and darker tones show shadows. The background contributes to the exaggeration to the shadows as the middle section of the body and head are submerged into the shadow and can't be seen.

In this photograph the shadow of the chair is very effective in showing its form. The shadow is made p of horizontal lines separated by lighter lines which show the areas which the light seeks through the chair. There is also shadows on the side of the chair.

Here the highlight areas are very effective in showing the form of the lady bugs. On the top of the subjects, much lighter areas are seen which are code to being white. The sides of the bugs gradually get darker as shadows are formed by the direction of the light source and therefore show the form of the subjects.
